Dr. Mario Ortega, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Mario Ortega has been providing compassionate care to families at International Pediatrics since 1999. A proud graduate of Francisco Marroquín University in Guatemala, he completed his pediatric residency at Holtz Children’s Hospital – University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident.
With an unwavering dedication to medicine and his patients, Dr. Ortega is widely respected for his attentive, empathetic, and family-centered approach. As Medical Director of Harmony Aesthetics & Wellness, he upholds the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and medical excellence, ensuring every treatment reflects the same compassionate care that defines his career.
Angie Briceño, DNP, AGNP-C
Master Injector / Cosmetic Dermatology & Wellness
Dr. Angie Briceño is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, as well as a Medical Doctor by training (Central University of Venezuela). She holds postgraduate degrees in Aesthetic Medicine (Tech University Medical School, Spain) and Healthcare Informatics, reflecting her commitment to innovation and evidence-based practice.
With more than 10 years of experience in cosmetic dermatology, advanced medical lasers, injectables, and wellness therapies, Dr. Briceño skillfully blends science, technology, and artistry to deliver treatments that are safe, effective, and naturally refined.
Her expertise also extends to medical weight management, including GLP-1–based therapies, designed to promote long-term, healthy transformations. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Briceño has served in academic and leadership roles, developing and implementing healthcare education programs focused on clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and professional growth.
